What counts as a "send"?
One email delivered to one contact uses one send. If you email a list of 1,000 people, that's 1,000 sends. If you email 50 people, that's 50 sends.
Is there really no monthly fee?
Really. You buy sends when you need them, and that's the whole bill. Store as many contacts as you like and add as many teammates as you like at no charge.
Do sends expire?
No. Sends stay on your account until you use them, so buying a larger package ahead of time is never wasted.
Is anything gated behind a higher plan?
